The property is a lovely stone built country house. three large rooms, TV, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with large bath, dining room very comfortable with stone fireplace. Large terrace with barbecue and table for outdoor, deck chairs and garden with grass and olive trees. Private access for your car. This is the region of sun and cicadas, wine and olive oil! the house is in a fantastic location for touring the many beautiful towns and curiosities of both Provence and Languedoc Roussillon : in the middle of Avignon and nimes, 10 minutes to the Pont du Gard, a World Heritage Site, near 30 km to Uzès, Arles, les saintes Maries de la mer, and beaches to 40 km. We have the GR6 near the property

We are at 20 km from Nimes, 20Km from Avignon, 10 Km from Remoulins le Pont du Gard. The property is situated near the junction 'rmoulins' on the auto route A9. The house is out f the village of Montfrin, in direction of Jonquieres Saint Vincent, after old railways. In under 1 hour drive are Les Baux de Provence,, Saint roman troglodite Abbey, Uzès, saint rémy de Provence and montpellier. Local airports are Nimes (22 km), Montpellier et Marseille (100 km). Avignon TGV station is a twenty minutes drive and has direct services London Waterloo.
