The villa, completed in 2004, is an ideal summer holiday rental for families and couples alike. Set on a new urbanisation close to the idyllic cove of Granadella the villa is modern and bright and boasts amazing views over Granadella National Park & Montgo. The main beach area of Javea is a short drive away. The villa has its own 10x5 pool with roman steps and a terrace overlooking the pool. There is a large BBQ, fridge, ample garden furniture and a fenced, flood lit football area with badminton facilities. On an evening both the pool and gardens have lighting making it perfect for dining. A large entrance, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, utility, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, cable TV offering all main UK TV channels, DVD/CD player, it offers generous living accommodation. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Nearby there are some amazing walks and also a variety of restaurants within walking distance with a choice of different cuisine.

Situated between Valencia & Alicante and nominated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places to live, cosmopolitan Javea is made up of three areas. The quaint old town has a maze of streets with hidden delights and with a weekly market where you can purchase everything from local pottery to locally grown fruit and veg it is well worth a visit. The port area is lined with bars and restaurants and is the perfect place to dine whilst looking out to sea catering for all tastes and budget. The Arenal has a magnificent sandy beach area which is overlooked by some wonderful restaurants and bars. It offers play faciliites for children, showers and volleyball nets. Other towns worth visiting are Calpe, Moraira, Jalon Valley and surrounding areas, plus withing easy driving distance are the vibrant cities of Valencia and Alicante. Regional attractions are also plentiful including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia. There are also a few golf courses in the area.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required in order to book the villa and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    A security deposit of £300 to cover damages/breakages is required with the final balance and will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after the rental period ends.
    Villa is cleaned between lets only. A weekly light clean is provided for 2 week holidays and will include a change of towels and bed linen.
    Please provide own towels for pool/beach use.
    The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure in order for inspection, cleaning and linen change to take place.
    Cots and high-chairs can be hired- please advise at time of booking.
    A welcome pack with basic essentials is provided upon arrival.

The Master bedroom, located downstairs, with en-suite is spacious and has a dressing area. There are patio doors that lead out straight onto the pool area. Bedroom 2 is also located downstairs with a bathroom next door, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4 on the first floor both have patio doors that lead onto a veranda that has stunning open views onto Granadella National Park and towards Montgo Mountain, an ideal place for private sunbathing. Bathroom 1 is en-suite to the master bedroom, bathroom 2 is located downstairs and bathroom 3, serving bedrooms 3 & 4 is a full bathroom with a corner bath and shower plus a seperate shower cubicle. Cable TV is provided which offers BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, CH 5, Sky Sports 1&2, Sky Movies, Euro sport, Sky News plus more. VILLA ACCESS- The villa is in an elevated position and has a walkway down to the villa with a few wide steps at the bottom. There are also a few steps leading from the Naya to the pool area which would be unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Other Attractions

The nearby resorts of Moraira, Calpe and Denia are all worth a visit. From Denia you can catch the ferry to either Majorca or Ibiza with a few crossings each day. Benidorm 45 minutes drive away and its fantastic theme parks which include Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and its WaterPark Mundomar and Aqualandia are a must for all ages. The quaint, picturesque village of Guadalest is a sight not to be missed and combined with the natural waterfalls nearby this makes a perfect day out. The cities of Valencia and Alicante just over an hours drive away are also worth a visit.

Golf Information

The nearby course of Javea is 10 minutes drive away. A 9-hole course proving more difficult than it looks it has superb views towards the mountain Montgo. Towards Denia approx 25 minutes away La Sella Golf Course (designed by Jose Maria Olazabal) lies just behind a new Marriott Hotel. Currently 18 holes, soon to be extended to 27, and with a par of 72, the course is suitable for all levels. Classes can be arranged for beginners. Also on site is a golf pro shop, putting green and driving range.
