This spacious townhouse is right on the ocean. You have all the comforts of home: a spacious kitchen with microwave, appliances and dishes to cook with. There is a jenn-air grill to barbecue inside with, a bar, dining room table and oceanfront living room. Upstairs there is a large washer and dryer, library and 2 sleeper sofas. There are 2 oceanfront bedrooms upstairs and and 1 twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom. There is a 1 car garage, 2 bicycles, boogie boards and beach chairs for you to use. In every room there is a TV. There is a DVD player, VHS player and CD player. Off of the oceanfront living room there is an oceanfront balcony with a beautiful view of cocoa beach.
