Stuck in Salobrena after the vulcano eruption 2010

Spent an April week in this fantastic house, with my three sons, their spouses and two grand kids. The house was great, very comfortable and spacious, and the bedrooms were ideally situated. If you want privacy you have it! Very tasteful decorations and comfortable beds.
Everything nice and clean.
After 4 days the Islandic volcano erupted, but luckily we were able to keep the house until we finally could fly back to Sweden 4 days after out planned departure, The owner was going to have some small repairs done, so no guests were coming that week
The owner is extreamly nice abd helpful and so is the caretaker Graham.
The weather was "mixed", but that didn't bother us too much, since the house is so comfortable. Washer and dryer...priceless when you are travelling with small kids, great views from all rooms, fantastic dining on the upper terrade, by the barbecue.
My sons went riding in the mountains (Herradura), and we made a great day trip to Granada and Alhambra, but spent most of our days by/in the pool and jacuzzi.
I recommend this house to all!
The only thing is it says "car advised" in the description. I would say "car necessary".
I hope to come back one day...as soon as possible!
