The flat consists of a well-equipped and functional kitchen with separate dining area, sitting room (with two concealed beds), attractive bedroom (two single beds or double bed) and bathroom with shower. For the comfort of guests, the flat has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron and vacuum cleaner. A cot, children's accessories and intermediate cleaning are also available on request.

The flat is near the lively and characteristic Via Garibaldi in one of the most unchanged, typical areas of Venice, adjacent to the two main “Biennale” exhibition centres (Giardini and Arsenale), within easy walking distance of St. Mark’s Square and of numerous other places of artistic and cultural interest. As it is located in a side street with private entrance and near a garden, the flat is in a very quiet position. Nearby there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy traditional dishes to the accompaniment of background music, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, baker's and chemist's shops, banks and much more besides. The flat is near the 'Giardini' and 'Arsenale' water bus stops and is therefore easy to reach whether you arrive by car, train or plane (direct connection from airport). The 'Giardini' and 'Arsenale' stops are served by all the main public transport lines. From the flat, you can therefore easily reach any part of the city and its splendid islands.

We spent 4 nights at this ground floor property. It was modern, clean and well maintained. Silvia, the owner, met us off the water bus late at night to walk us to the flat. She was very helpful - good customer service.
The location is excellent. It's about a ten minute walk to
St Mark's Square with some very nice restaurants on the way. I would very much recommend this property.

Really nice apartment, clean, simple but perfectly adequate facilities. Met by the owner who was friendly and helpful but not at all interfering. Situation was good for general exploration of Venice but was quiet, despite big crowds in the main tourist areas. Excellent value for money. Local supermarket, cafe and restaurant all adequate. 10 minute walk to San Marco. 30 minutes vaporetto to Rialto Market. I would go again, and felt that staying in an apartment was in many respects better than a hotel, particularly because we were able to buy fish and vegetables from the Rialto Market. re Disability access Venice is a difficult place for visitors with disability because there are so many bridges with steps, but the apartment itself was all ground floor and level. The doorway to the bathroom was narrow.
