Villa Marianna is a single storey property in an excellent quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, so has no passing traffic. It is situated a little above sea-level, providing a westerly view of the Mediterranean which is particularly lovely at sunset. The villa is very spacious with excellent fitments throughout. Beautiful large new granite kitchen, excellently equipped. Mature gardens and big patio surround the attractive illuminated kidney shaped pool with a gazebo at the bottom of the garden.

Tala is an excellent and popular holiday destination as you are close enough to reach all the Paphos area within 15 mins drive. The village of Tala itself is very traditional with an attractive square surrounded by Tavernas and a couple of shops. The local beach of Coral Bay can be reached in ten mins. The harbour area of Kato Paphos, St George's fishing bay and the waterpark are all within easy reach too-no more than 15 mins drive. The banks, larger supermarkets and shops of Paphos can be easily found 10 mins away.
