Casa Bah is a beautiful modern villa, with a very stylish decor and has every ingredient for a fantastic family holiday. It is just 7 - 10 minutes drive to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The villa is on three floors. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower room, with patio door access to a balcony and roof terrace with excellent views. The ground floor has 2 large en-suite colour-coded bedrooms, the spacious lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, and guests WC. Stairs from the hallway lead down to a further 5th bedroom served by a separate shower room. This bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the pool terrace. One of the huge attractions of this villa is the large games room with an entertainment area that will keep children (and adults) busy for hours. (See Facilities). Close to the old fishing village of Carvoeiro, where there are a multitude of quality bars and restaurants. The villa is situated approx 7 Km (7 mins drive) from the centre of Carvoeiro, in an area known as Sesmarias but there are numerous local bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. 6 minutes walk takes you to the renowned BonBon Restaurant which serves international cuisine and carries a four star rating. Caneiros Beach, with it's excellent restaurant, is a mere 5 minutes drive away. It is conveniently located for access to many beaches, Ferragudo and Carvoeiro. The A22 east-west Algarve motorway is approx 6km away and is easily accessible.The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, which will be one of the most modern and multi-functional race circuits in the world, is within a 30 minute drive away, where it is planned to hold a wide range of activities and sports, commercial and leisure events.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required to seal the booking. The balance plus a £200 Breakages and Damages deposit is required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. Air conditioning is included in the rates. A cot can be supplied on request.
  • Maid service is supplied free of charge 5 days a week. Towels will be changed every 3 or 4 days, linen every 7 days.
    If required, pool heating charge is £150 per week for the first week, then £50 per week thereafter. Price for first week as shown because the heater is placed on boost 3 days before guests' arrival to ensure temp is at the required level for arrival, and not merely switched on at that time.
    Gas BBQ is available at the pool terrace, no charge for the gas used.
    Free starter/welcome pack for guests on arrival.

Notes: The lounge area has an LCD television providing a full SKY Sports & Movies package, and a DVD for movies. Wireless ADSL broadband is available throughout the villa for those who have laptops. A telephone line is connected for incoming calls only. The games room on the lower floor is a myriad of fun and games for kids and adults. Situated in a huge area which opens up onto the pool terrace, it has a full sized pool table, a ping-pong table (racket's, balls, cues all supplied), a wall mounted 42' Plasma TV screen with a Sony Playstation 3 console and full SKY package. A Sony CD stereo system is also here for music lovers, complete with 5 speaker surround sound system. 2 x large sofas surrounding the TV screen are there to keep you in comfort. In one corner there is a purpose-built bar with 2 beer fridges, the other a dining table and 6 chairs and a multitude of comfortable seating. There is a no smoking policy inside the villa, but it is permitted on terraces and balconies.

An absolutley brilliant holiday. The villa was immaculate and exceeded everyone's expectations.

The local restaurants and beaches were spectacular. Our favourite restaurant was The Island Cafe, wich is 2 minutes from the villa.

Our children aged 12 & 7 were completely enthrulled with the pool, games room and two separate Sky TV systems.

We have been on several villa holidays and this was undoubtedly the best. We will definitely be recommending this property to our family and friends.

The only negative we can say is as the villa was so good we didnt see much of Portugal !

A large group of us hired this property for 4 days and we all had a fantastic time. There is everything we could possibly have wanted within the house. The house was beautifully maintained and clean. It was a little far from other places, but we had cars so getting around was not at all a problem.
Highly recommended!

i recently holidayed in this property with my family and was not disappointed with it at all. it is fantastic for children(i have a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old) and also for the older children(my husband,brother and father!!) we had table tennis and pool tournaments when we weren't in the heated pool!! we didn't leave the villa much as it had all we wanted for a relaxing holiday. its only draw back was it is quite a long way out of anywhere if you do want to eat out or go to the beach. its decor and cleanliness was a very high standard and had all the features it promised except internet access- although the owners did try to rectify it immediatley when we mentioned it but without success. i would definately reccommend this property to anyone who wants a holiday with high standards but doesn't mind hiring a car to get to places. the manager who cleans it on a daily basis speaks very good english and is very helpful with any questions you have. all in all we had a fantastic holiday and would go back again. also the owner is very good and prompt with any questions or queries and gives fantastic information about the area, resturants, beaches and any other info you might want or need. this was my first time of renting privately instead of a package holiday and would do it again in an instant if this is the level of service and standards you can expect.
