  • 30% is payable immediately on making the booking no booking will be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
    The additional 70% becomes due six weeks before arrival.
    Refundable breakages deposit of 500 euros pw refundable on the apartment being left in a satisfactory condition.
    Cancellation reaching us 90 days before arrival 20% fee will be charged.
    Cancellation reaching us between 89 and 60 days before 50% fee will be charged.
    Cancellation reaching us 59 days or fewer days before arrival a 100% fee will be charged.
    Bookings taken for dates less than six weeks away are subject to payment in full 100% plus refundable breakages deposit immediately.

    There is a additional fee for cleaning on departure of 60 euros
