Very pretty, newly decorated one bedroom apartment. Ground floor with easy access for the elderly. One double bedroom. Bed settee in sitting room. Equipped for 4 people. 2 swimming pools (open from middle June to middle September). Garden. 150 metres from the beach. Totally equipped less towels. The apartment is situated in a very tranquil residential area which is only 3 minutes walk from the beautiful, sandy beach of La Mata which is famous for its safe bathing for children. It is close-by to shops, bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. A water park, golfing and evening entertainment are within a short drive away (Torrevieja 5 minutes by car). The bus stop is just one minute's walk away where the local bus service into Torrevieja runs every 20 minutes. At its terminal is a large, well known supermarket. The area known as 'The Natural Park of La Mata' is famous for its beautiful all-year-round climate and its healthy atmosphere due to its situation between sea and lakes.

La Mata is a lovely, typical Spanish village with everything you could wish for in a holiday. The apartment is situated in Torrelamata which is a residential complex only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village of La Mata. By car, Torrevieja is only 5 minutes away. Alicante Airport has an ample selection of car hire companies from which to choose. Alternatively, there is a bus service from Alicante to Torrevieja. Once in Torrevieja, you can get a bus just across the road from the terminal to the apartment. This service runs every 20 minutes. Torrevieja is famous not only for its lovely, all-year-round climate but it, also, has a wonderful Friday market where prices are unbeatable! Both La Mata and Torrevieja have beautiful promenades. For those who love walking along the coast, this is a perfect spot. Whatever sort of holiday you are looking for, you will find it here in this lovely part of Spain.

  • Conditions of Booking:

    1. On confirmation of booking, a 100 Pound deposit is necessary made payable by bank transfer.

    2. On receipt of this, a contract will be forwarded which should be signed and returned to the owner as soon
    as possible.

    3. The balance of the rental is due one month before departure.

    4. Any cancellation less than two months before departure will incur the loss of the deposit.

    5. It is necessary to leave a 75 Pound/100 Euro deposit on receipt of the keys. This will be returned at the end of your stay on the condition that the apartment is left in a clean and tidy state and there are no breakages.

    6. 45 Euros is payable on arrival for the key receipt and laundry.
  • Christmas and Easter Rates: 200 pounds per week.
