Fly to Valencia or Alicante. Self- catering apartment fully equipped with all you could need. Use the generous balcony & easy access to the two lovely pools. Well located between the old port and the buzzing, sandy- beached arenal. The apartment has one master bedroom with balcony & en- suite and another twin room & additional bathroom. A large living room also opens onto the balcony & offers lovely views over the stunning mountain of Mongo behind the old town. There is secure gated underground parking, lift and air con/ heating in the bedrooms. This area of the Costa Blanca offers beaches, diving, walks, birdwatching, horse- riding and many other activities. It is a short walk to the beach and bars, being slightly nearer the port which has a fishing fleet & lovely marina where you can take boat trips up or down the coast. The old town is close, picturesque &full of history, shops, markets,& eateries. A short drive takes you up into the mountains for stunning views and walks.

Location: Javea in Spain

Nearest Airport: Alicante /Valencia at 90 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Gata at 7 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 400.0 Metres
Car: recommended
Conveniently placed between Valencia and Alicante you can choose the best value flights. Cars are cheap to hire but the journey is possible using Alsa coaches ( check times etc with their website). The apartment is between the ports and the arenal, 4 mins walk from the sea front in a quiet location. A supermarket is close & good value. The old town is a short drive away. Javea has a notoriously good climate & offers sandy beaches, stony beaches & many walks with superb views. There are quality restaurants and many good value places as well. Menu del dia for less than £7 including wine etc. The old port is quieter but if you seek a night life the arenal area is lined with stalls and many bars with music and fun. Out of season Javea is a delight -still places to go but quiet and you can enjoy good weather and a gentler pace of life. The mountains are very close and you can enjoy easy or challenging walks( walk guide books in the apartment) Normally we offer a meet & greet facility.

Beautiful clean apartment (the photos don't do it justice!) Good pool area and underground parking was good, down side, only one key given to us and when you go away with teenagers its a pain having to get up and let them in early hours of the morning!! Also if you locked yourself out you would be stumped, air con was lovely but you had to keep emptying bottle otherwise it flooded balcony, bit of a frosty welcme from lady who hands over the key but probably just having a bad day, that said I am being very picky this apartment was lovely fantastic value for money and owners very helpful with any information we wanted in run up to booking, no information in apartment as to where to go and eat but we soon sorted ourselves out, highly recommend the indian down by the port.

We had a lovely week in this apartment, which was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The air con was excellent and helped me sleep! The balcony was good, particularly in the late afternoon when bathed in sunshine. Enjoyed swimming in the pool, although a little cool...but fine once you got in. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and beach bars and 10 mins to the restaurants. Well situated for both the Arenal and the Harbour area. The owner was very helpful and provided good arrangements for key handover/support if needed. Underground car park useful. We would stay again. R&P

Great apartment in good location. Close to good supermarkets and walking distance of the port. Good for young teenagers.

The beds are very comfortable - not always the case!
