Lovely 3 bedroom apartment located on Alicante Golf and just 800m from the fantastic beach at Playa San Juan. The apartment is situated within a private complex with 2 swimming pools, 2 childrens pools, tennis court, children's play area, extensive garden areas and private parking. The apartment is located just beside the 5-star Hesperia Hotel, the services of the Hotel are open to the public. The Severiano Ballesteros designed Golf course, Alicante Golf, is just 50m away. Beside the Golf course are numerous restaurants and cafe/Bars. The fantastic beach of playa san juan is a just 800m approx. and is a comfortable 10 minute walk. The new electric tram service passes close by and will take you up and down the costa blanca, from Alicante centre to the theme parks in Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar. The vibrant city of Alicante is just 7km away and can be reached by bus(just outside apartment), Tram (200m from apartment) and of course by car.

Our apartment is located just 5om from the Severiano Ballesteros designed Alicante Golf. Just a short walk away is the fantastic San Juan Beach. The 5 star Hesperia Golf & Spa Hotel is just opposite our apartment complex and all facilities are open to the public. The apartment has excellent communication links, a bus stop is just outside that takes you to Alicante centre, the modern electric Tram network is located just 150m away where you can catch an air conditioned Tram either to Alicante centre or to the many towns up the coast like, El Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Denia.You can also visit the excellent theme parks on offer in Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and mundomar. There are also fantastic mountain ranges just 15 minutes drive away where you can enjoy walking and mountain biking. Towns like Aiguas de Busot offer many options for those who enjoy trekking, quad biking and mountain biking. The Playa San Juan just 800m away is the longest beach on the Coast.

Our lounge has seating for 4 people however the terrace furniture can also be used inside the lounge for additional seating. We ask our guests not to smoke inside the property, but we are quite happy for smokers to smoke on the terrace. This way our apartment is comfortable for the following guests who may not be smokers.

Our rental rates are based on 6 persons. We have discounted rates should the occupancy be less than 6 ( see blow) High Season: 4 sharing (550 euros) / 2 Sharing (525 euros) for further details please enquire.

Golf Information:

Our apartment is located just 50metres from the Club house of Alicante Golf designed by Seve Ballesteros. Just 10 minutes away we have Bonalba Golf and within 20 minutes we have Alenda Golf and El Plantio. The apartment is well placed for a golfing holiday.
