Sunning beach and mountain views, this holiday, self catering villa has it all. A secure and private villa. Upstairs a large family room, dining room for 8 people, marble top kitchen, all open plan leading out to a large under cover balcony, which has stunning views of the beach and mountains. This open plan area has high vaulted ceilings. Watch the sunset whilst sipping cocktails on the outside dinning table. The main bedroom has its own bathroom (bath and shower) and dressing room. A Jacuzzi room overlooks the beach. The views from the main bathroom and bedroom are breathtaking. A further 2 bedrooms and full bath. Downstairs, a double bedroom with private shower and toilet. The bedroom leads through French doors to the garden and pool. There is a lovely family room downstairs with full TV and m net viewing. This family room leads out to the pool and garden area. Nice views of beach and mountain from here. Sleeps 7 to 8. Ideal location for 2010 World Cup

What a stunning property! The standard of accommodation was superb, the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses and cooking utensils and we made full use of the braai.
Views from the upper floor were breathtaking.
Llandudno is the perfect location to stay, being only 20 mins from town, 20 mins from Constantia and Claremont (for shopping) and 5 mins from Hout Bay.
Without a doubt we will be back to stay!

We've enjoyed our stay so much that we would recommend this property to each person who is looking for a relaxed place with a superb vieuw e.g., Bbq on the balcony while the sun is going down in the ocean. The walk to the beach is easy to reach, but going back it might be a bit steep for some people. Of course you can also use a car and there is plenty of parkingspace, except on weekends. It's a breath taking spot that has conquered a place in our hearts forever.
The house was clean and has plenty of space. The owners are incredibly hospitable and no question or request is too much. Very helpful.
The property had no disadvantages for us what so ever. If we have the opportunity, we will go back without hesitation. It is high on our list of best places to go to and we have been on many holidays and overseas for our work as a pilot and cabinmanager.
It is one of the most beautiful villa's with a spectacular vieuw. Lots of activities in the area such as boardsurfing, (mountain) biking along the coast and nature walks. All major sightseeing attractions are in the vicinity.
We would recommend to go to Stellenbosch, the vineyard called Vergelegen and book a picnic.
Also we loved a lunch suggested by the owner at Constantia Uitsig, Great food and prices, not to expensive. Reading the description and seeing the pictures regarding this property, there was nothing that wasn't accurately described.
We had an unforgettable time and have felt at home here.

We cannot imagine a better place to stay during a visit to Cape Town. No matter where you look out the window in this beautiful home, you will see unparalleled beauty. The waves of the ocean lulled us to sleep and were a great sound to wake up to in the morning. I was beyond pleased with all the amenities in the house, and the area is truly safe. We never felt worried about sleeping at night with the patio doors open. Thanks Tim and Lesley!
