Monteriggioni Castello is the name of a charming holiday-house within the medieval walls of Monteriggioni. The castle is a typical example of a fortified village right in the heart of Tuscany a few km away from Siena, San Gimignano, Colle Val d' Elsa and Castellina in Chianti. The holiday-house has been recently restructured according to its original architectural plan. It is both elegant and refined and being family-run it also has an informal atmosphere. The antique furniture, the Persian carpets, the hand-woven curtains, the precious wall paper and paintings of quality take the visitors back in time while keeping them pampered in exclusive surroundings.     High season (July and August) all locations start on Saturday, min. stay 7 nights. On other periods, rentals can starts any day, min. stay 3 nights. Arrival any day of the week depending on availability.
    Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

    Final cleaning: 30,00 euros.

    Changeover days are Saturdays during mid and high season, other times by arrangement.
    Check IN 4pm to 8 pm - Check OUT 10am
    In winter November-February not included: heating (4,0 euros per m3)

    Baby sitting service available.
  • Location cost includes: use of electricity, hot and cold water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels (three each one), kitchen linens, free use of laundry (it means we are supplying all the detergents), if needed and free use of the laundry (it means we provide all the detergents).
  • On you arrival you will find, a minimum supply for the house, that is: mineral water, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, dish soap, multi use detergents, toilet paper and a welcome surprise.

    English, French, German and Italian speaking owners lives on site and shall be pleased to be of assistance if necessary.

Nice romantic holiday home in historic village

The description is OK, the owners were very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, the kitchen complete.
If we visit the tuscany once more we will take this house if we get.
