Large bright lounge with dining area, leading onto spacious comfortable terrace, overlooking beautiful large lagoon pool with grassed sun area surroundings. Separate kitchen, marble worktops, fully equipped with separate utility room. There is a restaurant/cafe bar on site which serves a comprehensive lunch and dinner menu. 10 mins walk from enchanting Port Adriano with more varied restaurants, bars and shops including small supermarket. 20 mins walk to Santa Ponsa. Large selection of varied golf courses nearby. Ideal apartment for everybody. Especially perfect for summer rentals, but also just as fabulous for couples looking for an out of season holiday. As well as the on site trendy restaurant, there is also another restaurant 1 minute away.

Alternatively, if you are looking for a quieter holiday, the stunning towns of Paguera and Antratx are no more than a fifteen minute drive. One is onto the patio, and the other is opposite the bed, with the most stunning view of the grassed pool area and the trees. Which means lying in bed in the morning is fabulous! There is a bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom is a very nice size, and the doors lead onto a nice sun-terrace, which the sun shines on all morning.

Notes: The apartment is on the ground floor, meaning access is excellent if you have a buggy, or wheelchair. HOWEVER, I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE WIDTH OF THE DOOR FRAMES ARE APPROXIMATELY 67cm WIDE. The balcony/terrace is overlooking the stunning pool area, and is very large, with a large table and chairs, so you can keep a watchful eye if your family are by the pool, and you want to sit and read on the terrace. All sheets, towels and beach towels are included. Also, there is a hairdryer in the apartment.
