This traditional style Spanish villa which is situated in the sort after area of Costa Nova has three large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and nestles amongst the pine trees which offer both peace and privacy. There is a large private swimming pool (10mx5m) together with all round terraces and a roof terrace. For escaping the sun and for outdoor eating there is a large naya (covered terrace) with views over the pool. The villa is equipped with functional kitchen which has gas hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, espresso maker. In the lounge there is a television and DVD player together with a CD player/radio. The villa also boasts a huge library of books for guests to read whilst on holiday. The garden is fully walled and fenced and the covered carport allows for sheltered off street parking. There are many beaches within a few minutes drive and several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The near perfect holiday town of Javea is situated on the most easterly tip of Spain and is said to be the first place the sun kisses awake each morning. The variety of blue flag beaches and rocky coves for swimming and sea sports, means there is something to please everyone. The sheltered crescent-shaped sandy Arenal beach (a bay within a bay) provides safe swimming for all the family. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and night clubs on the street behind the Arenal as well as the market selling arts and crafts on the promenade and a small funfair in season. Javea is within easy reach of many holiday attractions such as theme parks, (Terra Mitica and Terra Natura) water parks, (Aqualandia) sea-world, (Mundomar) science museums and safari parks. There are 4 golf courses nearby, Javea, La Sella, Ifach and Oliva Nova. There is something for every taste on the Costa Blanca and Javea is the favoured town as somewhere that is near everything and yet has still retained its character

I have no hestitation recommending the villa for a wonderful holiday, we were a party of six (52, 19, 18, 18, 18, 13) and there was plenty of space to relax, both indoors and out. The pool was lovely and all of the furnishings, equipment etc. in good order. The supermarket was two or three minutes drive away for fresh bread, milk and everything you would need for a BBQ as we did. The main sandy beach (Arenal) is about ten minute drive with loads of restaurants, There is a pebbley beach (Granadilla) ten mins away which is great for snorkelling. The location is great and seemed very safe and secure. On the dull days we visted the waterpark at Benidorm about an hour drive and the Waterfalls of Algar and Guadalest about an hour which were both fantastic and worth the trip.
I will have great memories of a very pleasant stay at this villa.

The villa was everything we had hoped for and more......it ws clean and very well-maintained and the owner was available throughout our say for any queries.

It was situated approximately ten minutes drive from town, where there was an abundance of lovely restaurants and bars - we ate out every night very cheaply. However, beer seemed a little costly in the bars but very cheap from the supermarkets.

There were plenty of shops in town which stay open until the early hours and there are lots of little market stalls along the Arenal (beach) every night. There are also opportunties for hiring a boat, diving and jet skiing. English seems to be spoken a lot here so communication was easy.

The beach was extremely clean although very busy when we were there (end July/early August) but with the pool at the villa it was never a problem.

We visited several nearby towns, including Benidorm which is only about an hours drive away.

Overall, we had a fantastic time and were extremely sorry to come home!!
