Luxury fitting throughout inc. Sky. With excellent views, the house is situated in a quiet position yet, the unspoilt, medieval village of Biot, with over 10 restaurants to suit all tastes, is within 3 mins walking distance.(Local shopping, P.O., doctors, dentist are also available.) The world renown towns of Cannes, Juan Les Pins, Antibes and Nice with their excellent beach and shopping facilities are a twenty minute or less drive away. Monte Carlo, Italy and the mountains are only an hours journey. Local buses also connect to the rail network which takes you to all of the above.
