This modern self catering apartment is equipped to a very high standard and consists of a combined lounge and dining, contemporary kitchen, 1 master bedroom with super king bed (can be converted to twins) with en suite bathroom, 2 further twin bedrooms sharing a large shower room. Private parking for up to two cars and an outdoor area with seating and table. The apartment also has a drying room with washing machine/dryer. Full gas central heating and wooden floors, flat screen TV and DVD with CD music system. All bedroom have ample hanging and drawer space for longer holiday breaks. Cleaning carried out weekly or more frequent on request subject to a charge. The location is excellent and only a 5 minute walk from South Street and Market Street and five minute drive from St Andrews Links Old Course and New Course, the Eden and practice grounds. St Andrews harbour and beaches are also only a short walk away.
