A lovely self catering apartment on Spain's Costa Blanca, situated on the Ground Floor,1 Bedroom, available as a summer holiday rental or long term let. This privately owned apartment is located in a gated community, only a couple of minutes drive from the cosmopolitan town of Altea. Stroll down the pleasant sea front and enjoy the cafes and restaurants or enjoy the views and soak up the atmosphere from the picturesque church square. Only a short drive to La Nucia and Alfaz del pi and 10 minutes from Benidorm. The apartment , which is located on the ground floor, consists of a lounge area with English Satellite TV, patio doors which lead out to a raised terrace, dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a small garden area that overlooks one of the communal gardens. A double bedroom, full bathroom with overhead shower, and fully fitted kitchen. The lounge and bedroom both have A/C and heating. There is a restaurant on site, and a supermarket within walking distance.

Altea is a beautiful Spanish town which nestles on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a beautiful sea front, harbour and marina, together with a plentiful supply of shops, banks, restaurants and cafes. In the town there is also a wonderful church square where there are cafes, restaurants and shops. Enjoy alfresco dining while looking over the town of Altea and Albir. The theme park Terra Mitica is only 10 minutes drive, and Benidorm can be reached within 10-15 minutes where you can find Aqualandia (Water Park), Mundomar (Marine and Bird Life Park). Nearby there is also a Golf Course and Sports Centre. A short drive inland and there is the old monastery town of Guadalest with stunning views and Algar Falls where you can swim in the waterfall pools.
