Nestled in a quiet development our ground floor 2 bedroom appartment is ideal for a short break or for a longer holiday in a relaxing location - yet close to all amenities including shops, golf courses, beaches, restaurants and bars. The apartment is well positioned close to the beautiful Mar Menor and La Manga Strip. Only 5 minutes drive from the very Spanish village of Los Belones where you will find some lovely restaurants, bars and shops. A 10 minute drive will take you the more lively area of La Manga. The apartment is well equipped for a relaxing break and is spacious and well maintained. The communal pool is large and has plenty of area surrounding to sunbathe and relax. We have an excellent Management Company who are available 24/7 should you have any problems. We can also arrange a pick up service from the airport if required. Car hire can also be arranged.

Located on the still clear waters of the Mar Menor - a natural leisure pool in an area which has approximated 320 days of sunshine and over 42 kilometres of beautiful safe beaches. The area has many activities to suit all ages including watersports, horse riding, walking, fishing, go karting, tennis and much more. There are several local markets in the area which sell a wide selection of goods and food stuffs . The La Mang Club is a 5 minute drive away and offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and much more. The pretty village of Los Belones is a 20 minute walk and has some first class restaurants at very reasonable prices. There is also an internet cafe and supermarket in Los Belones. La Manga Strip is a 5 minute drive away and has more lively entertainment with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.
