La Vista is 2 Bedroomed villa situated in the popular Villotel urbanisation in Moraira, a small fishing town on the Costa Blanca. It provides an ideal all year round holiday with excellent facilities including a large shared swimming pool, bar and restaurant on site. 3 Km from Moraira town centre and a short distance from Javea, Denia, Calpe and Benidorm and surrounding golf courses, it provides a relaxing holiday for families and couples. The accommodation includes a large spacious terrace with unobstructed view across the valleys and the coastline, with dining furniture, awning and BBQ. There are two good sized bedrooms with 1 double with patio doors on to terrace and 1 2-bed singles, both having wardrobe & drawers storage. The large living-dining area with large settees, TV, Sky TV, DVD, CD player and dining table. Fully equipped galley style kitchen including gas hob, oven, microwave & fridge. Main bathroom with bath, WC, WHB & sink and separate WC cloakroom.

Moraira has grown from a fishing village to a small but exclusive year-round holiday destination popular with visitors from across Europe. Although the fishing port is still thriving, there is now an impressive marina packed with yachts and a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops to satisfy the tastes of visitors and residents alike. Strict planning laws have prevented the building of high rise hotel and apartment blocks which has resulted in Moraira retaining the charm of its fishing village heritage and sets it apart from other Costa Blanca resorts. Positioned 80kms north of Alicante airport and 110kms south of Valencia and served by the main A7 motorway, it is ideally placed for a short break or family holiday. It is close to the attractions of Benidorm (30 mins) and other towns including Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea as well as a number of golf courses.

We enjoyed a really fabulous holiday at La Vista. The accommodation was well equipped and perfect for our family. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and we enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evenings. It was a lovely peaceful location. The children adored the pool which was well attended with a lifeguard and we found everyone there very friendly. It would have been a nice extra to have had air conditioning as it was very hot whilst we were there. All in all, fantastic accomodation and location, would definately recommend it.
