Close by are many interesting towns & villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns & villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting & quad-biking are available locally. Snorkeling and scuba, and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia & Javea. For the children big & small, how about a day out at one or all of these fun parks. The Aqualanda water park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park & Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 mins by car. Golf: There are 3 good golf courses nearby. La Sella is highly recommended (Less than 5 mins drive), & Oliva & Javea golf courses are both about a 20 mins drive. There is Horse riding available nearby. Head to the caves at Benidoleig (about 10 mins) well worth a visit.Other places to visit include the Jalon Valley, Moraira and Fonts D'Algar.
