Our light and spacious home features 4 bedrooms; 1 x Queen, 1 x Double, and 2 x twin bed rooms. Our fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare a gourmet meal, or merely take some snacks poolside and enjoy the serenity of your screen enclosed pool and fenced garden. Should you opt for a more formal dinner, we have a lovely formal dining area. The eat-in kitchen with dinette set, allows you to have a more casual setting. For your TV enjoyment your home away from home comes equipped with cable TV / DVD player in the Family room as well as TVs in all other bedrooms, We have a fully equipped games room, complete with American pool, air hockey,table football and darts, which is great to occupy the kids. The pool area is ideal for relaxation and recreation, we have fully retractable awning which is ideal for shade or showers, as well as comfy patio furniture around the pool.

One of the best things about our villa is its location, Our villa is very close to the junction of the 27 / 192 and the entrance is controlled by traffic lights and is 5 minutes by car from a brand new Wall mart super store. A vast choice of good restaurants and shops on the 192 are within easy reach again within 5 minutes by car, it is all-so 10 minutes drive from Disney's main gate entrance, these are very important points to consider when choosing a villa, because a lot of vacation homes are located quite along way from amenities such as shops and restaurants, although they all might claim to be minutes away from Disney. It is located on a Golf course and lake which all add to that special appeal to make it an even better choice for your Florida vacation.

Activities on site: Lovely well kept Nine hole Golf course winds through the the estate, low cost green fees, clubs to hire at very reasonable rates, trolleys or buggies can be hired as well. Tennis courts, Basketball, fishing at the lake, communal pool with sunbathing terrace.

Activities Near by: Theme parks ( we're very close to Disney ) Country parks, Wildlife, lakes, fishing, water skiing, numerous golf courses, horse riding.

Other Activities: Close to many good restaurants, new Walmart supermarket less than one mile away, other shops close by, Petrol station and store including Subway sandwich store on edge of estate.

Superb location - lovely villa

We stayed in this villa in October and had a wonderful holiday.
The villa was very clean and tidy and the owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries about home prior to travel and always seemed keen to be as helpful as possible and swift in response to cheques and deposits - excellent service.
The location of the villa suited us perfectly for Disney and it took us ten minutes from door to gateway of Disney - which was great. As we travelled along 192 to our destination there were more than enough places to eat breakfast, dinner or tea. The Walmart was just 5 mins away too so this was an added bonus.
Enjoyed the games room and felt comfortable in bedrooms and lounge. It was handy having the laundry facilities on the same floor as bedrooms and dressing areas. The tvs in each room were also a hit.
Everything was well maintained and really have no grumbles. The listings accurately described the villa and there were no surprises.
The pool was big and clean and had sun morning til around 2.
All in all I would recommend the villa to family and friends.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. Paul and Jean went out of their way to make our vacation wonderful.

Our Holiday in Florida

Hi Paul & Jean,
Having just returned from our holiday, we just had to say what a lovely villa you have. Located close to Disney (10mins) and Seaworld, Universal (20mins). The 9 hole Golf course around your villa was good value, at only $18 including cart & clubs, the other Golf course across the road was only $18 for 9 holes including two holes 8 & 9 across lakes.The 19th Hole at the entrance to Esprit is a good watering hole, they sell Guiness and a good variety of drinks.Thankyou for ringing, to make sure everything was ok on our arrival.

a beautiful house, very clean in a quiet road. immacultely presented. we went with our teenage boys aged 16 and 19, we thoughly enjoyed the private pool and we all had fun in the games room, which was great for the times it rained. good location for attractions/shops/restaurants etc. owners were extremely helpful. we had a wonderful time and we would definately recommend this property, we will be rebooking for our next florida trip.

A great place to stay

We had a really good time in this house. It is VERY comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently sited. The directions made it easy to find, and you really are just a 10 mins drive from Disney. If you haven't driven in Florida before, relax - getting to the attractions from here is easy. We were a party of 5, and we had loads of space to spread out in. Our daughter loved being in the Disney room, and wanted to take all the cuddlies with her. We only had time for one dip in the pool, which was a nice temperature after the heat of the day, and was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed a quick use of the games room, and if you are planning a week or fortnights trip, this would be a great place to unwind and have some family fun tournaments in the evening. We will certainly be back to this villa next time we go to central Florida, and our only regret this trip was not having enough time to fully appreciate all it has to offer. Jean also called us to make sure we had arrived safely and had found everything, which was a nice touch. All in all, book this villa and you will definately not be disappointed. Enjoy!!
