Las Floritas is a quiet complex ideal for families and couples. Our 2 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard and is very comfortably furnished for 4 people. The living area includes a 5 setter corner sofa in leather, TV, DVD player, CD player and dining table & 4 chairs. There is also an air-conditioning unit for those really hot days! The modern fitted kitchen has all you need including oven and full ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & marble breakfast bar with stools. The bathroom is fully tiled & comprises bath with shower over, sink, WC & bidet. The 2 bedrooms both have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & shelf space, ceiling fans, one room has a double bed & the other has 2 singles. In the apartment there is also a safe, an iron & ironing board and hair-dryer. The west facing balcony, which overlooks the pool, has views of the sea & La Gomera & has a sturdy table & 4 chairs and a large awning, great for al fresco dining!.

Nearest Ferry: Los Cristianos at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: TF1 at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500 Metres
Car: not necessary
Las Floritas is in a very central position being within an easy walk from the beach and close to a wide variety of bars & restaurants catering for all tastes. The nearby fishing harbour of Los Cristianos is a pleasant walk along the front with plenty of cafes, etc to stop and people watch along the way. There are many excursions available including a trip to El Teide, Tenerife's volcano, or the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The front of Las Floritas overlooks the Las Americas golf course with a picturesque view of the mountains behind. Taxi charges here are among the cheapest in Europe but should you wish to hire a car we are very fortunate that opposite the complex there is a large, free car park which always has spaces. Alternatively if you fancy seeing the island by public transport we are not far from the bus station and for great shopping a trip to the capital of Santa Cruz is a good day out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Above rates are for 4 person occupancy. Rates for 2 people are £300pw, or £250pw for a late booking, i.e. less than 6 weeks notice.
    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to guarantee your booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
    A £100 security deposit is also required to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. This will be refunded 1 week after departure once property has been cleaned and inspected.
  • Changeover day normally Friday but may consider different days.
    Sorry but no bookings will be taken from young, single sex parties.

I stayed in the apartment with my two sons, The apartment felt like a home from home it was very clean , the only down side if the busy road so there was a lot of car noise, and being a light sleeper i found it hard to get to sleep , however good base for pick ups for the water parks and Go karting. we would use again. Customer service was excellent.

The apartment is great - it is clean, with great views from the living room and close to supermarkets, restaurants and car-rental shops. It is conveniently located to get to the highway and has free parking space nearby. The only negative point is that both bedrooms face a busy road outside.
The owners are professional and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in this apartment in Nov 2008. We found the apartment clean and spacious. The swimming pool was clean and there was a life guard present everyday which is good if you have children.

The property owners answered any queries we had re facilities/returning my deposit promptly which was reassuring.

We would definitely recommend this place!

Me and my friend stayed at this apartment in September 2008. The apartment is very modern and very clean, it is situated very close to all the bars and restaurants and it has has a lovely view from the balcony.
The only thing that lets it down is it is on a very busy main road and the bedrooms are on this side so if you are a light sleeper (like me) the traffic will keep you awake!
Other than that i would recommend this apartment.
