• A deposit of GBP200 must be paid up front by electronic transfer or cheque in order to reserve the villa and cover any potential breakages. Deposits will be returned once an inventory has been checked by the on-site manager - usually within 14 days. Please note that we encourage environmental sustainability: To encourage this, our rental rates include normal, economical use of water and electricity. Excessive use of water and/or electricity will be deducted from the deposit.
  
• The full amount of rent for the stay must be paid in advance of your stay. Please pay the full amount by electronic transfer at least 2 weeks before the first day of your stay.
