Apartment Majkovica is located in the elite section of Ploce in Dubrovnik. It sits across from and above the exclusive five star ocean view Excelsior Hotel. However, from the balcony of the apartment, guests can have the same 'exclusive ocean view' without the same 'exclusive' price. The apartment has an oversized balcony with a table and chairs where guests can sit and look at the ocean, the Island of Locrum, Old Town or the magnificent 'mega yachts' owned by some of the most famous people in the world. The apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep six. The living room and dining room make into one 'great room' that is spacious and comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located so guests can walk to Old Town or Banja Beach in about 10 minutes. Banja Beach has been rated one of the top 10 beaches in the world.

Really lovely apartment

Six of our family of all ages stayed for a week in this lovely apartment.The furnishings were of a very high quality, lovely comfortable beds and it was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was stunning and we spent most of our time there when we weren't out enjoying all that Dubrovnik has to offer.
Having the fast internet access was very handy and appreciated by the younger members of our party.
Having only one bathroom between 6 of us wasn't a problem and there was always plenty of hot water. Also it was brilliant to have air conditioning everywhere.
There are a lot of steps up to the apartment but that is to be expected in Dubrovnik and it just kept us fit.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to enhance any holiday in Dubrovnik.

I stayed in this apartment with 5 other girls and we all loved our stay here. The apartment was situated close to the old town (about a 10 minute walk), where there are lots of bars, shops, restaurants and clubs that never close!. We were all very impressed with facilities the apartment offered. There was air con in all the rooms which proved essential after a day out. The balconies were another highlight of the holiday, after a day out it was great to relax and overlook the beautiful city walls.
We would all recommend this apartment and would definately stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay in this spacious and very clean apartment. The view of the sea, and of the old walled city is outstanding. The furniture and amenities were nice. Walking into town for restaurants and the sites was 5 - 10 minutes downhill. There are quite a few stairs, so it helps to be relatively fit. We really loved our stay in Dubrovnik and can highly recommend the apartment!

Great Apartment

Croatia is one of my favorite countries to visit. I have been to Croatia eight times in the past twelve years and ever since I discovered this apartment its the only apartment I will stay at. I have stayed at this apartment several times and time is as wonderful as the first. John and Jackie are the nicest people who really care about their customers. Its always nice to come in to a place that is not only beautiful but has water and some goodies waiting for me. The water is especially nice in the summer! The view from both balconies are amazing! You can see the old city on one side and islands on the other. Every room has airconditioning and for hot humid Croatian summers I could not appreciate that more. This apartment is great if you want to go with just a couple of people (Which I've done) or if you want to go with a group of people (Done that too!). This apartment is three bedrooms and there were five girls in the apartment and we were very comfortable! If you are worried about the fact that there is only one bathroom let me just say that all five of us never had a single problem! There are plenty of mirrors to around to put on make up and outlets for the haird driers! This apartment is the perfect location because its so close to the old city. I have had such a wonderful time and will contiune to rent the apartment from John and Jackie as long as continue to go to Dubrovnik, Croatia!
