It is a spacious, light and very comfortable apartment (53m² with air conditioning). The entrance hall opens into a bright living area with plenty of light - looking out to the hills of Californie. There is a kitchen area and a separate dining space with a table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a generous size with twin beds. The sofa in the living area converts into a large double sofa bed. There is a beautiful new shower room with a walk in Hansgrohe ShowerPower System and a separate toilet. This apartment is within minutes of everything a visitor could require - the famous Croisette, the beaches, the Palais des Festivals, casino, designer shops, boulangeries, restaurants, cafes, bistro-bars, late-night corner shops, not to mention the bustling Marche de Gambetta and Marche de Forville. Further along the Croisette will bring you to the Vieux Port (old port) and ‘Le Suquet’ (a castle on the hill) where numerous restaurants are packed into the narrow streets climbing the hill.

Located on the chic shopping street Rue D'Antibes in the very centre of Cannes this apartment has recently been completely renovated in a contemporary style. It has been decorated and finished to the highest standards and fully equipped with all mod-cons throughout. It is on the first floor of a residential building with a lift. The location of the apartment means that everything that Cannes has to offer is just a stroll away. This, coupled with an excellent bus and rail network to the entire Côte d’Azur, makes hiring a car unnecessary. However, public parking and car hire agency are at your doorstep. Cannes-Mandelieue airport is nearby. There are regular buses to Mougins, Grasse and the hills in the hinterlands and a shuttle bus to Nice Cote d'Azur airport mins away. This apartment is a stylish, comfortable and perfectly located base for a great stay in Cannes. Ideal for corporate visits, romantic city breaks and holidays alike.

My family and I recently spent time in Cannes and found this apartment to be really lovely and clean. Ideally located on the Rue D'Antibes, 5 minutes walk to the beach with stunning views looking out to the californie hills. Everything one needs is in the apartment and Clair the owner is a lovely lady who welcomed us in a friendly manner.

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone visiting Cannes and shopping in the designer shops was a real delight!

We recently stayed at this property, and found it ideal with two teenagers, it was convenient to the beach, shopping and the railway station. The apartment was clean and spacious and we would consider staying again and will be recommending it to friends
