This beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa is situated in Vale de Parra, 8 kms west of Albufeira and 2 kms from the Blue Flag beaches of Galé. There are many local restaurants, some within walking distance, also shops and a supermarket. The villa has mature gardens with a swimming pool, (8m x 3/4m), which can be HEATED ( this is available as an optional extra) , surrounded by terraces, with a brick BBQ and shower, plus a large roof-top sun terrace.

Villa Oliveira is situated in Vale de Parra and has many excellent local restaurants with some of them in walking distance of the villa. The Blue Flag beaches of Galé are just 2 km away, also it's a short drive to several other beautiful beaches like Castello, Evaristo and São Lourenço. Albufeira town and Marina are 8 kms away, around 10 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Changeover day: Saturday. Clients must vacate the villa by 10:00 am. Prices shown are for up to 8 persons. A 9th and 10th person (should be a child) can be accommodated on a Z bed for £ 75 per week per person. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week.
    TO BOOK : Booking via e-mail, or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive 25% deposit together with the booking form. The remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has not been any damage or breakages reported by our property management office.
  • We also arrange car hire and airport transfer. Please ask for prices.

Our property management office is 500 m from the villa. They offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the villa and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to water parks, zoo marine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.
