• A damage deposit of 250.00 euros is required upon arrival which is fully refundable subject to final inspection of the property. Keys will be collected from our Agent in Portugal. Check in is from 4.00pm and check out prior to 10.00am. Payment of 25% upon booking with remainder due at least 30 days before departure. Late payment will cancel the booking and forfeit the 25% deposit . All cancellations must be in writing. We accept no responsibility for personal loss or damage whosoever caused. In the event of the property not being available due to natural occurrence, fire or flood a full refund of the money paid for the rental will be given. No refund will given due to strikes, delayed flights and factors outside our control. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation fees, loss of property etc. By making this booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated above.
