Lovely home from home. Comfortable, well equipped one bedroom apartment, with living/dining room, patio doors to front and rear leading to own private terraces. Set within gardens of complex, secure and gated. Very short distance to the lovely beaches of Palomares and Vera Playa as well as local amenities in the small village of Palomares, typically Spanish. Nearby are other villages and towns with a market available every day of the week. Also close by are supermarkets and many bars and restaurants. There are opportunities for many activities such as cycling, walking, diving, fishing, tennis, golf. Also many places of interest to visit such as the outdoor film studios where spaghetti westerns were shot (Good Bad and Ugly) as well as the city of Almeria. This is ideal for couples wishing a quiet getaway or families with children. There are 2 pools, one large and one small children's pool. There are many extras including air conditioning, heating, SKY TV, Cd player.

Situated in a small typical Spanish village of Palomares, but close to all amenities. Villages of Villaricos (2k), Vera Playa (3k), Vera town (3k), Garrucha (5k), and Mojacar (7k) are all within easy reach. You will find a market selling fresh produce and crafts every day of the week in close proximity. There is a water park in Vera Playa open during the summer months. Several supermarkets within easy reach as well as local shops and many bars and restaurants. There is go-karting, horse riding. sea fishing, scuba diving all available locally. Close to the major cities of Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante all within an hours drive on the A7 motorway. There are many inland towns and villages in the hills and mountains worth exploring such as Al box, Lorca, Cuevas, Baza. You are also an hour and a half's drive from the Sierra Nevada and the ski resorts near Granada. There are many well known golf courses within 15 minutes drive including Desert Springs.
