This amazing Penthouse apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. It is ideal for, couples, families and Golf holidays. From its 3 terraces (totaling 250m2!) it has panoramic views from Sotogrande to the rock of Gibraltar and Africa. It is 5 minutes walk from the Alcaidesa Links Golf Club house and 5 min drive to several stunning beaches. The apartment has on 100m2 master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, second bedroom with 1 double +1 single bed, family bathroom with jet shower, fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher and washing machine. Built in wardrobes throughout. The living room has sofabed sleeping 2, dining furniture for 6, UK Satellite TV and DVD (+films for the whole family). The terraces comprise solarium with sunbeds and private Jacuzzi, main terrace with luxurious dining and lounge furniture and breakfast terrace. All has truly amazing views! Also 3 communal pools, 24h security and 2 underground parking space

The beach at Alcaidesa is the most amazing on the Costa del Sol with golden sand for miles. There are also swimming pools in the Birdie Club and the apartment has a private Jacuzzi on the top terrace. The Jacuzzi fills up with hot water, can be used all year. Alcaidesa is the perfect place for an active holiday. The golf in the area is world class with Valderrama, San Roque, Sotogrande all within 5 minutes drive, Duquesa at 10 min drive and the Alcaidesa Links new Club House literally on your doorstep. The brand new Alcaidesa Heathlands opened in late 2007, it's Championship standards! There is also the equestrian centre at San Roque and perfect conditions in the area for mountain biking. Andalucia is an beautiful province with a lot to offer such as; amazing culture in Seville (1h 45min drive), Granada and Ronda (1h 30 min), kite/wind surfers paradise in Tarifa (30 min), shopping paradise in Gibraltar (20 min) or Marbella (40 min).

The terrace sits right in front of the 18th hole of the Alcaidesa Links Golf Course - Was that a hole in one?! The solarium, which is totally private, has two sunbeds and a Jacuzzi pool. The Apartment is finished and furnished to the highest specification. It has air conditioning / heating and electronic entry system. Included are two parking spaces which has lift access to directly to apartment. With exception of solarium which you access from main terrace with spiral staircase the apartment is wheelchair accessible. The main bathroom has step-in jet shower cabin. The TV has digital channels which includes English speaking news, there is also DVD + films suitable for the whole family

Alcaidesa Links Golf Course: Alcaidesa is a hot spot for Golf. The Alcaidesa Links is a challenging course with amazing scenery and the brand new (opened Oct 2007) Alcaidesa Heathlands is Championship standards. Golfer's comments; 'it reminded me of Gleneagles and Loch Lomond!' . The brand new, very modern, club house is only 5 min walk from the apartment, which has views from the main terrace on to the 18th hole. Alcaidesa Links Golf Club hosted the Andalucian Professional Individual Championships in October 2007

Family Fun: The beach at Alcaidesa is beautiful and perfect for families. There are several points of access which you can drive down to and facilities available such as toilets and showers. The Bahia waterpark in Algeciras (only 15 min drive) is great fun for kids all ages!

Golf: Alcaidesa is a hot spot for Golf and this property is only 5 min walk from the new Alcaidesa Links Club house. This property has panoramic views from Sotogrande to Gibraltar and its main terrace sits directly in front of the 18th hole. Alcaidesa Links is a challenging course and its scenery is amazing. As resident in Alcaidesa you receive a 25% discount on your green fee. The Golf Club is hosting the Andalucian Professional Individual Championships in the last week of October 2007. This is the week before the Volvo Masters is held at Valderamma, which is just 5 min drive away. Other clubs nearby include San Roque, Sotogrande and Duquesa.

very good locations for golfers.Clubhouse just next door. I can only recommend this flat. Has a jacuzzi where u can relax after a round of golf or after a long day out.
