Very private, well located town property set in grounds near St. Jean D’Angely centre, Charente Martime, Poitou-Charente. 4 bedroom 'Maison Manoir' and 2 bedroom gite. Shared in-ground pool, covered parking and large garden. The house and gite can be rented together or separately. The house and gite are both self contained, self catering properties and have been quite recently renovated. They are spacious with modern bathrooms and kitchens, but retain their rustic character with exposed original beams and thick stone walls. There is off-road, undercover parking in the old stables. Beside is the pool is a huge stone colonnade which is perfect for shady lunch on a hot day. A separate private terrace is beside the house for dining. The house and gite may be let together or individually.
