You can fish from directly outside the property, there are many lovely local walks and bicycle rides to enjoy and canoeing on the nearby river Loire. Further afield, explore the many picturesque towns and villages, traditional markets and the vineyards of Beaujolais and Burgundy are within easy striking distance. L'Ecluse has been sympathetically restored retaining many of the original features whilst incorporating a modern kitchen and bathrooms thereby offering a relaxing and comfortable holiday retreat.
