The VILLA is situated in the commune of ,ARCS-VAR IN THE COTE D AZUR-FRANCE. France. It’s 3 km from the centre in a leafy, tranquil, residential suburb and it’s tastefully furnished. The living room/drawing room with wooden beams and a beautiful veranda leads on to a lovely pool, with child-protected sides, facing south with large paved terraces and delightful shady corners. The town centre has all amenities such as baker’s post office, newspapers, doctors, dentist, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket. The ground surface is 10 m2. The owners are nearby and discreet and always pleased to help. They welcome you warmly and will make sure you have a marvellous holiday. Maps and lots of brochures, board games, tennis rackets and balls as well as ping pong etc. are available at the villa (although experts should bring their own).

Les ARCS SUR ARGENS is a 12th century mediaeval fortress with stunning views of the Moors Hill and the Roquebrune Boulder. This region produces the best French wines. There are lots of provincial markets in neighbouring villages and lots of wine-tasting opportunities in at least a dozen local vineyards. The local market is on Thursday, Muy market is on Sunday, Lorgues is on Tuesday etc. A8 motorway gets you to the Côte d’Azur in 10 minutes. It’s 25 minutes by car to the beaches of St Tropez and Sainte Maxime where there are numerous restaurants and lots of night life. It’s 1 hour to Nice airport, 5 minutes to the TGV station of Arcs Draguignan, 70 minutes to AIX EN PROVENCE .MONACO AND ITALY are within easy reach, and don’t miss the Verdon gorges with their impressive panorama. Thirty minutes away there’s Lac de Cassien nautical sports, with coasting the fresh water rapids and kayaking. Then there’s Lac STE CROIX, CANNES, ST RAPHAEL, FREJUS and so on …

  • 30% payable on booking, the remainder one month before arrival, confirmation will be sent.
    Breakages deposit of €350 payable on day of arrival, to be wholly refunded if no claim is made. We request that you take out insurance.
    Bedlinen and towels are €100, including daily cleaning. If intensive cleaning is required at the end of your stay we shall charge €20 per extra hour.
    We will send you a letter at each stage as confirmation.
    Arrival on Saturday after 4 pm, departure Saturday by 10 am.

Ski: The nearest ski station is 2 hours away by car and even in summer you can go paragliding etc. Details on request.

Golf: The magnificent GOLF course of ST ENDREOLl at La MOTTE is only 15 minutes from the villa by car, catering fro beginners and advanced. It has 18 holes. There are lots of golf courses in the surrounding villages and I have plenty of information about them on demand.

1) We had a very short week in which to appreciate all the charm of your corner of paradise. We loved the quiet, the pool, the tennis court and your hospitality.
2) 2) Second visit to your magnificent villa. Lovely time, great hospitality.
3) Really nice holiday, welcoming hosts always ready to help. We’ll be returning for longer visits to the magnificent garden.
4) Spectacular holiday, 320, pedalo & kayaking at the bottom of the Verdon.
5) Very relaxing holiday in baking temperatures, with swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a tennis session, wonderful base for st Tropez, Ste Maxin, Nice, Cannes, Gorges Verdon etc. etc. and the very hospitable M Mme DUBUS
6) Lovely holiday, villa is gorgeous, great location for exploring the south of France. M&Mme DUBUS were very welcoming great time had by all.

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks

We had a fortnight to enjoy the delights of the villa La Greda. The villa was clean on arrival and the owners, Genevieve and Jean-Marc were very charming - very discreet but always available if any help was needed.
The villa is perfectly placed for exploring the Cote d'Azur with St Tropez , St Raphael, Nice and Monte Carlo easily accessible.
It was very peaceful at the villa and we enjoyed the delights of all of the facilities. With the 4 of us we enjoyed the facilities of tennis / boules / table tennis and of course the infinity pool.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to enjoy the sights of the South of France
We recommend a visit to Les Arcs medievel village which is just 5 mins drive
Also ask about the local markets in Le Muy and Les Arcs for great frsh produce and souvenirs
. Many Thanks to Genevieve and Jean-Marc for the way they made our holiday a very pleasant stay.

we spent 2 weeks in a wonderful surrounding

we (4 adults and one baby) enjoyed in june 2009 two wonderful weeks in a tasteful equipped clean and calm villa close to st.tropez and the impressive verdon valley. For our self catering we enjoyed a lovely small pasta shop in the village which offered delicious pasta and sauces and a huge HyperU supermarket with fish and seafood at its best. Accordingly we never missed to go out for dining and relaxed on the terrace every evening. The landlords living aside have been very gently and helpful to accomodate in all aspects,
We intend to come back next year again.

Super Villa - totally private - ideal location

We recently stayed here for a week and had a great time.

The villa is equipped with everything you need, has a super pool and tennis court and is totally private and tranquil. The owners could not have been more helpful with directions, train times etc and although they live nearby you would hardly know it and certainly never invaded our privacy. Jean-Marc and Genevieve are wonderfully nice friendly people and are keen to help if you have any problems. The villa was comfortable and not overlooked and I would recommend it to anyone. Super villa A+!

Perfect Holiday Retreat!

We had a fortnight to enjoy the delights of the villa La Greda. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners, Genevieve and Jean-Marc were charming - very discreet but always on hand if any help was needed. The villa is perfectly placed for exploring the Cote d'Azur with St Tropez (recommend boat trip from St Maxime in high season), Port Grimaud, St Raphael, Nice and Monte Carlo easily accessible. Would highly recommend a visit to the Gorges du Verdon - truly spectacular! It was lovely to return to the peace and quiet of the villa after a busy day's sightseeing and enjoy the delights of the infinity pool and the beautiful garden. Those of a more energetic disposition would also enjoy a game of tennis.
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to enjoy the sights of the South of France but who enjoys homely comforts and a place to escape from the crowds on the coast. We wish Genevieve and Jean-Marc every success for the future.
