Luxury 3 bedroom traditional Spanish villa and a 2 bedroom separate cottage with private pool. Panoramic views over Playa Blanca and the sea to Fueteventura. It enjoys the best position on this private development being surrounded by trees and walls. All the accommodation is extremely spacious and designed on split levels with a huge drawing room, separate lounge and separate dining room. Outside there is a large patio area with BBQ and pergola capable of seating 16. A separate children area with table and benches, a further large patio area and separate secluded sun terrace with astro turf fittings and second pergola. The pool is 12m x 6m with solar and electronic heating and motorised safety cover. The pool itself is a maximum of 1.5m deep, has Roman end with jacuzzi, and the water is part salt to cut down on chlorine for those who suffer from asthma and allergies. Its temperature is maintained at 25 to 30 degrees centigrade winter and summer.

The villa is located in a private estate of 19 luxury villas approx. 1km from Playa Blanca on the Red Mountain with spectacular views of Playa Blance and Fuerteventura. Play Blanca itself has many good restaurants of all styles, luxury shopping, particularly in the new marina Rubicon which also has some fantastic eating. There are 2 main beaches in the town and 5 superb beaches at Papaguaya National Park. The island offers plenty of sporting activity from surfing and wind surfing at Club La Santa, a very well known and internationally renowned sports complex, golf in Teguise, and in the north of the island the old buildings and another National Park. There is a water park in Costa Teguise and a 2nd marina at Puerto Collero where boats can be hired. The Timanfaya National Park is a spectacular area where much of the volcanic activity took place and remains unspoilt and undeveloped and is well worth a visit. All the attractions of the island can be reached within about 1/2 an hour.
