Ski: In this valley you will find VALLNORD which is a big area with 3 ski resorts ( Pal, Arinsal and Arcalis). Fabulous apartments

My family have been staying in these apartments for the last 6 years. Can't find fault at all - or we wouldn't keep going back! We go for the skiing. You definitely need a car to get to the ski resorts but only about 10 mins to Arcalis which is the nearest. Journey from Barcelona airport about 2.5 - 3 hours but mostly motorway now so easy journey.

The owner is wonderful - very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen facilities in the newer apartment block is fantastic - good cooker (hob and full size oven) and a dishwasher. Supermarket about 5 min drive away to stock up on provisions.
