Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards in the gentle hills to the north of Rome is this charming small villa located in the beautiful countryside of the Sabina region. The property has tiled floors, beamed ceilings and is elegantly furnished with country antiques giving a traditional Italian feel, typical for this region. A spiral staircase links the ground floor to the first floor. There are spacious grounds of approximately 7000m² (unenclosed) given over to lawn, lavender plants and shrubs. A covered terrace offers a welcome place to relax in the shade whilst seating areas on the terrace around the pool offer a spot to dine al fresco. There are panoramic views including towards the nearby village of Selci, one kilometre distant, with a backdrop of green hillside and woodland. A country road passes alongside the property. Orazio is near the village of Selci which has local amenities (restaurants and shops) whilst the eternal city of Rome is about an hour away
