An extremely spacious open plan six bedroom villa with air-conditioning, set in its own grounds of 4 acres, large secluded pool with stunning views of the valley and only 15 mins drive from beach. Available as a whole or two well equipped separate apartments, each with fully fitted modern kitchen. The villa, is situated on the ‘Orange Blossom Coast’ of Spain located just south of Valencia, an ideal base for exploring the city.The motorway built for the Americas Cup puts the marina and Europes largest aquarium within easy reach, whilst the air conditioned train service puts you in the heart of the city. The villa is a short walk to a small village with shops, bars and restaurants. It has a large private and secluded pool area with breathtaking views. The pool is L-shaped, has a separate shallow children’s section, and is surrounded by a paved terrace with sun loungers, large brick barbecue, gazebo and shaded childrens play area. Twenty minutes away is a waterpark and Blue Flag beach.

This spacious open plan garden apartment benefits from its own covered terrace. It has a fully fitted modern kitchen opening onto a dining area with table and chairs. This leads on to the light and airy sitting room with two sofas and overlooks the terraced barbecue and swimming pool area. It has two spacious double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. It has the benefit of a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The apartment has the use of the table tennis table, large swimming pool with children’s section, children's garden area and four acres of private orange groves. For outside dining there is a brick built barbecue on the pool terrace with gazebo, table and chairs.

The nearest beach is about 15 minutes drive from the villa with plenty of free parking right near the beach front. The beach is 5/6 miles long. Sufficiently long to provide a combination of restaurants and beach bar areas with areas of quiet sand dune backed beach, ideal for families with younger members. The next beach along the coast south is Gandia with its European Blue Flag Beach whilst to the North is Cullera with its 2 mile promenade, watersports and water park. The valley the villa lies in and acts as the gateway into the Safor Mountains which are well loved by walkers and cyclists. The valley has three monasteries two of which can be visited as well as several other historical buildings. For anyone interested in history or shopping of a more individual nature nearby Xativa home of Spain’s only Popes, offers a large medieval old town with winding narrow streets and a spectacular castle. Valencia's national park lies a short drive away with good scope for more intensive walking.

Additional information about rental rates

  • If you wish to rent the villa 25% of the rent is payable upon booking to secure the villa. The balance will need to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.There is a villa cleaning charge of £30 (£60 if you rent the whole villa) not included in the rental prices to cover the cleaning at the end of your holiday There is a refundable deposit of £200 to cover breakages etc. this is paid at the time of the final payment. Because of the air conditioning there is an electricity allocation of 200 KWh per week this is enough to run all the air conditioners eight hours a day. Thereafter there is a charge of 15 pounds per 100 KWh. Bath towels and linen are included and changed weekly. The property is cleaned before and after the rental. Further cleaning available at an extra charge during most weeks of the year.

Notes: This large open plan apartment has a very large modern kitchen (24' x 17') with cooker, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and table for six, that opens into the air conditioned family dinning room. Then into the living room which has satellite TV, DVD and air conditioner. The two terrices are off the living room, one covered with four ratan chairs and table, the other open with table, sunshade and chairs for outside dinning. The Terrice apartment and Garden apartment have private use of the table tennis table, pool, childrens garden area and four acres of private orange groves. For outside dinning they have use of a brick built permanent barbecue and table and chairs under a gazebo by the pool.

Anyone interested in golf: The Oliva Nova golf course which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros is the nearest golf course to the villa being about thirty five minutes drive. The Oliva Nova golf club has an 18 hole course, 5 hole par 3 course, practice greens, and driving range, occupies 50 hectares of land adjoining the coast. The par 72 course measures 6,270 metres in length from the back markers. Water enters into play on 15 out of the 18 holes.
