Luxury chalet with four bedrooms in a fantastic location in Chamonix, central to all the various ski areas in the valley. Accommodation consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living area with large LCD TV, DVD, Bose iPod SoundDock, satellite, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and breakfast bar, will keep any cooks in your group very happy. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, all with views of the mountains. Downstairs is a large bedroom (twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double) with its own luxury shower and toilet. There is also a separte lunge area downstairs, as well as a washing machine with separate dryer. The chalet is surrounded by beautiful and quiet gardens, and is on a private road servicing just three private chalets. There is a 5 person hot tub in the back garden. There's a garage attached; perfect for storing skis, mountain bikes, or your car.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are negotiable for longer stays and last minute bookings. Payment of 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received. Balance of 50% 8 weeks before arrival please. Rental rates are in euros.
  
• The chalet will be cleaned before your arrival. Please leave it clean on departure, otherwise the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit so it can be prepared for the next guests.
  
• If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
  If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Skiing Information:

Chamonix is one of the best ski areas in the world. Almost all the resorts are separate so you can ski a different one each day. The main resorts in the valley are: Brevant, Flegere, Argentiere (also known as Grands Montet), Le Tour, and Les Houches. Courmayeur in Italy is a 25 minute bus or car journey through the Mont Blanc tunnel. Also within a 45 minute drive are the resorts of Flaine and Megeve, and even Verbier is just over 1 hour's drive if the mountain pass is open.
