Photos and Description of this Chamonix holiday chalet Self catered chalet close to all the amenities & easy access to all the slopes

Luxury chalet with four bedrooms in a fantastic location in Chamonix, central to all the various ski areas in the valley. Accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and living area with large LCD TV, DVD, Bose iPod SoundDock, satellite, fireplace, oak dining table for 8 and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and breakfast bar, will keep any cooks in your group very happy. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, all with views of the mountains. Downstairs is a large bedroom (twin beds which can be pushed together to make a double) with its own luxury shower and toilet. There is also a separate lounge area downstairs, as well as a washing machine with dryer. The chalet is surrounded by beautiful and quiet gardens, and is on a private road servicing just three private chalets. There is a 5 person hot tub in the back garden. There's a garage attached; perfect for storing skis, mountain bikes, or your car.

The chalet is located very close to the centre of Chamonix (about 5 minutes walk to most places), meaning all the bars, restaurants and shops are very convenient. (Many other chalets in the Chamonix valley can be several miles from anywhere.) The chalet is also close to the train station and central bus stops, giving easy access to all the ski areas of Brevent, Flegere, Argentiere, Le Tour and Les Houches, as well as Courmayeur in Italy.

  • Payment of 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received. Balance of 50% 8 weeks before arrival please. Rental rates are in Euro.
  • The chalet will be cleaned before your arrival. Please leave it clean on departure, otherwise the cost of cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit so it can be prepared for the next guests.
  • If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
    If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
