Montana Blanca is a two-bedroom semi-detached house on a small complex, only next door but one to the communal swimming pool and children's pool, which also has showers and toilets. Ideal for those who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle it has a first floor terrace with a large dining table, 6 chairs and barbecue. The rooftop solarium is equipped with 4 sunbeds, and enjoys all day sunshine. Both solarium and terrace have fantastic views of Caleta, the coast, golf courses and surrounding hills. There is also a shadier ground floor patio with a table and 4 chairs. Furnished and equipped to a high standard , the property has an open plan lounge/kitchen with a granite breakfast bar and microwave. The lounge area has a sofa bed, easy chairs, coffee table, and dining table, plus television with intregal DVD/CD player and a portable CD player. The downstairs bedroom has a built in wardrobe with a digital safe. Both bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans, and both bedrooms have hairdryers.

Great for beach lovers, Caleta offers a variety of water sports, scuba diving and windsurfing. The island's many golden sandy beaches are spectacular places to visit, to swim, enjoy world class surfing, or soak up the sun. Caleta is a family friendly resort with a variety of activities and restaurants to suit all tastes, and the beach is safe for children. The harbour has an oceanarium, windsurfing and scuba-diving schools. There are tennis courts, and mini-golf. The Spa offers a wide range of relaxing treatments. NOW OPEN -NEW GOLF COURSE The new golf course is adjacent to the existing championship course (hosted 2004 Spanish Open). These two courses offer the player a challenging contrast at reasonable rates with luxurious new club houses. Nearby island capital Puerto del Rosario has a new shopping mall with lots of opportunities for retail therapy. The interior is wild & rugged and a trip to the old picturesque town of Betancuria, once a stronghold against pirates, is a must.

We stayed in this lovely house for two weeks form the end of July through to the beginning of August 2009. The views of the coast and mountains are stunning. The pool is great and it is lovely to stay on a complex which is well established with some beautiful gardens. The property is attractive, well maintained and very well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. We had a fabulous time and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
