This is one of the largest 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments available on the prestigious Princes Park Development. It is fully air conditioned and is located next to two swimming pools (adults and children's) in beautiful gardens. Access to large terrace is from lounge or master bedroom and gives views of surrounding hillside and sea. Great for outside dining as it has sunshine through to late evening Situated on the first floor it has lifts from the underground garage and front entrance and would cater for wheelchair access if required. It is fully equipped and has everything required for luxury living with leather seating, granite tables, LCD tvs etc, Sky TV is available in lounge and both bedrooms to let you keep up to date with the news from home and your favourite soaps High Security is provided by way of electric entrance gates, and 2 further doors to the apartment. It has its own safe inside the apartment. PLEASE NOTE:: THIS IS A NO SMOKING APARTMENT

For nightlife you could not be better situated with hundreds of superb restaurants and bars at very reasonable prices close by. About 10 mins drive away you are in Feurengerola with it town, shops, bars and long sandy beach or a 15 min drive in the other direction you can be on the 'Golden Mile' of Marbella or Puerto Banus. where you can mix with the rich and famous. You can explore the beautiful Marinas at Benalmadena or Cabopino, then check out the beach life at Nikki Beach (10 mins away at Elveria), or finally shop until you drop in central Marbella. A trip to Gibraltar is well worth the 70 min drive if you cant manage without Marks and Spencer for more than a week plus cigarettes and alcohol are even cheaper than Spain. ( NO VAT, Don't forget to take your passport) To keep the children happy why not visit the huge water park, or zoo at Fuengirola, while 10 minutes drive further on they have Sea World Centre or Selwo Dolphins at Benalmadena and Tivoli World or the Crocodile Park.

The apartment was clean and very well mantained. The decoration is very sympatic with a lot of marble and leather. The kichen is well equipped (every thing you can need is there) which helped me to prepare a lot of meals for my family. By the way, you can take your meals on the terrace from which there is a beautifull view of the hill.
The keyholder is also very intentional and do her best for the gests to provide every thing they need. there are 3 lcd TV with english channels.
The pool was clean and peacefull. There wasn't a lot of people in the pool so we felt as if it was our private pool.
The owner sent us the indication "how to get there" in details.
The area is quiet but their are a lot of amenities not far from the residence (restaurants, aquapark of mijas is at 15 km, tivoli is at about 30 Km, la cañada is at about 15km). But the car is necessary.
So I intend to come back

The best apartment I've rented on the Costa

This apartment is by far the best I have rented since I started playing golf on the many courses around Calahonda. The whole apartment including furniture is of the highest standard that I have seen and the location is central for travelling to all popular resorts in the area.
