SAN MINIATO is in the hills in the centre of Tuscany at only 30 minutes by car or train to Florence/Pisa (the apartment is 5 minutes by car from railway station “San Miniato”) and only 35 minutes by car to Lucca/San Gimignano/Volterra/Vinci. The apartment is situated in the historic centre, it’s completely at the ground floor and in particular the entrance is in an ancient square surrounded of ancient palaces. It is a romantic lovely one bedroom apartment (with a king size extra sofa bed) in the centre of medieval borgo. It was completely restructured and furnished on summer 2007. We don’t want to describe details or architecture, only watch at the photos! The apartment is designed for “one couple” or “couple with 1 child”. The nearest swimming pool is only 2,7 km far from the apartment and the road to go there is completely in the Tuscan countryside! The nearest Golf/Tennis club is only 1,4 km far from the apartment. There are many Italian restaurants within walking distance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Price is per property per week and all is included: linen and towels (with weekly replacement), the cost of electricity and water, gas for heating and wood for fireplace, final cleaning and taxes.
  Pets allowed.
  We do not accept credit cards.
  
• Modality of reservation:
  After our confirm by mail, you have to send 40% of the total price by bank transfer, with details that will be sent you by our mail of reservation confirm.
  Check in: from 15:00 to 19:00; if your arrival time is different of this you have to inform the proprietor. Check out: within the 11:00 of the morning.
  
• Modality of cancellation:
  The cancellation must be only only by mail.
  LIST OF PENALTIES:
  • If the cancellation is at more of 10 days before the expected arrival, we require a compensation of 20% of your deposit.
  • If the cancellation is from 10 to 5 days before the expected arrival, we require a compensation of 50% of your deposit.
  • If the cancellation is from 5 to 0 days before the expected arrival, we require a compensation of 100% of your deposit.

the nearest bus stop is in front of the apartment (bus stop of 'San Miniato Hospital'), directly connected with 'SAN MINIATO' railway station (there is a bus every 30 minutes!).

CAR PARKING

even if we are in the historic centre, car parking is not a problem, there is a large fee-paying parking area just is in front of the apartment (50 cents for an hour during the day, free for the night (from 8 P.M. to 8 A.M.)). There is also a free car parking just 300 meters far the apartment.
