Notes to the rental rates

• Our prices include the following:
  - Services of our Villa Manageress and housekeeping staff
  - Our Chef is available as an additional cost of 1,000 Baht for lunch or 2,000 Baht for dinner, subject to availability. Enjoy a banquet for you and your guests... all you pay for is the food costs.
  - Food & wine supply (at cost plus 15% handling fee)
  - Airport transfers are included in our price, and enjoy the comfort of a hassle free transfer to your villa
  - Breakfast, welcome pack & fully serviced and stocked kitchen
  - Fresh linen as required, normally every three days, with towels changed daily
  - Wireless broadband internet available, please check
  - TV & DVD, CD
  We can also provide for an additional cost the following
  - Use of our Honda 4x4 vehicle

FACILITIES & CONVENIENCES

Although living in a tropical paradise, you won't be isolated, as Baan Jasmine itself has all modern conveniences, including email and wireless Internet access for those who need to keep in touch with the outside world. Different hi-fi systems within the villa, together with TV/DVD and a vast range of music CDs and DVDs. Baan Jasmine offers fully serviced accommodation. There is a full-time villa manageress, Fiona, who with our housekeeping staff will help ensure you have a perfect holiday. You will be provided with a Thai mobile phone so that you can contact her at any time. We also have experienced staff to maintain the gardens and pools on a daily basis. Should you wish, Fiona can provide an in-house chef to prepare your meals, or see you are well stocked with food or drinks, or arrange for dishes to be delivered to your villa from the local restaurant. She can also organise tours, leisure activities or taxis. Alternatively, our own villa car is available for rent.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Baan Jasmine is close to many attractions and areas of interest. A 20 minute ride on a traditional Thai long-tail boat will take you to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands that are well known for their fantastic fishing and snorkeling. Or why not try a safari trek into the jungle and ride an elephant – or have a private class in the kitchen of your villa to learn first hand the secrets of Thai cooking. We can also arrange in house spa treatments, such as massage, facial and manicure, or you can treat yourself to a full afternoon’s pampering. We can even arrange childcare so you can find time to relax, take time out and enjoy Samui’s wonderful restaurants or spas. The island is home to excellent medical care, with hospitals, clinics, dentists and pharmacies within easy reach. Together with the various health spas, many of them within a short distance of Baan Jasmine, all your health care needs can be taken care of.
