  • Each master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The third bathroom is shared between the twin bedrooms. All are finished to a VERY high standard.

  • We are lucky enough to have 2 master bedrooms within our villa. Our main master runs the whole length of the villa with a HUGE bathroom with double bath, double shower, 'his and hers' marble sinks and vanity areas. Walk in closet and double doors to the pool area. The second master has its own large shower room with double shower and private access to the pool. Both rooms have extra size beds, luxury bedding, TVs, (en suites!) and private access to the swimming pool. Our twin rooms are also furnished with the best in bedding and one is Disney Themed - just for the kids! They also both have their own TVs. The travel cot is located in one of these rooms, but can be set up to be used anywhere (please note, we also provide free use of highchair, baby monitor, safety gates & stroller). The fifth sleeping area is in fact in our lounge (seperate to the family room) and this room sleeps 2. TV & DVD also. All bedding and towels provided by us for your use, with plenty of spares!

Notes: Our breakfast area sits 4, our breakfast bar seats 4, our dining room seats 6- enough eating space for 14 people PLUS the highchair!! Our family room seats 6, our lounge seats 4 - enough relaxing space for at least 10 people! The villa is set on one level and we have had people with wheelchairs stay in the villa, but it is not set up with emergency alarms and the suitability is down to the renter. The pool has 2 sun loungers, 4 beach chairs and there are 6 normal chairs - enough sunbathing space for 12 people. The pool has been fitted with a 4 foot safety fence...a must when travelling with young children. The garage has a remote control door opener and the house has been fitted with a FULL security alarm system.

We recently stayed at this property and it exceeded our expectations by a mile. Everything has been catered for, pushchair, games, books, DVDs, fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bathrooms, huge living space............the list is endless.
The description does not do this property justice.

Certainly a must for anyone looking to stay in Florida.

Wunderfull hollydays in Superb home

This house was beautiful and location was close to Disney and shopping but far enough away from busy streets of Orlando. With 3 kids in our family, the pool was great for relaxing time and fun.
