Luxury Villa, Stunning Views, Minutes From Tavira.
Built in a traditional Portuguese style, the villa sleeps 6 people. Three bedrooms, the main bedroom having a kingsize double bed with luxury dressing room and en-suite bathroom, two further large bedrooms having two single beds in each. There is a folding bed for a seventh person. A shower room, large fully fitted modern kitchen/dining area, large sitting room with TV, Satellite and CD/Radio. The whole villa benefits from underfloor heating and a wood burning stove for those cosy winter nights. All linen and towels are provided. The front of the villa has a large terrace with a pergola for essential shade in the summer months, table, chairs and a barbecue. Steps lead down to the second terrace where you find the salt water pool, sunloungers and the landscaped gardens, all enjoying the stunning vista of the Asseca Valley.

Villa Asseca is an idyllically situated brand new luxury villa. 40 minutes from Faro airport, the villa nestles in the tranquil Asseca Valley, overlooking orange groves and farmland. The rural setting gives the sense of seclusion, but Tavira and the main roads are just a five minute drive away. To discover the nature of the valley, there are plenty of walks which take you into blissfully unspoilt countryside where you will find freshwater waterfalls and ponds. It is the perfect place to relax, unwind and escape the modern world. Tavira is one of the most attractive towns on the Algarve. Its origin dates back to around 2000 B.C. The numerous bars, restaurants and shops are only minutes away and the blue flag beach of Ilha de Tavira, one of the best beaches in the Algarve is only a 10 min drive away. For golfers, Quinta Da Cima,Quinta Da Ria and the superb Monte Rei are only 20min away and 45 min from the Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo estates.

Beaches
Only a 10 min drive away is Ilha de Tavira, 11 km of fabulous sandy beach, one of the best in the Algarve. Reached by a short ride on a charming ferry, you will discover wonderful sandy beaches, beach bars and restaurants on the island. Santa Luzia village next to Tavira also has the beautiful beach of Barril, situated in a nature reserve and reached by a minature train.
Weather
The Algarve has the warmest and sunniest winter climate in western Europe, with daytime average temperatures of 16 degrees, making it the ideal destination for a winter break or for golfers escaping the British gloom ! The summer months are long, hot, lazy affairs with guaranteed sunshine and baking temperatures.
Spain
It is only a 20 minute drive from the villa, straight over the border and into Spain. The majestic and historical city of Seville is only a 2 1/2 drive away and a little closer, just over the border is the popular shopping town of Ayamonte.
Golf Information:
Ideally situated for Quinta Da Cima, Quinta Da Ria, Benamor and the Amazing Monte Rei courses. Only 45 min to the western courses, Vilamoura, Vale Do Lobo etc.
