Air conditioning, Sky HD, Wireless Broadband. Few minutes to the marina where you will find restaurants, bars and the beach. Child-friendly year-round holiday rental. This self-catering villa was recently completed to a high specification. It is situated in a new area of Vilamoura overlooking the Laguna golf course with a minute's walk to the Club House making this an ideal base for the golfers. There are three suites upstairs and a large suite in the basement with a games room. Large living room and dining area. Large full HD LCD screen with cable TV, Sky HD with Sports &Film Package. DVD and Philips music server with 8,000 songs. Fully equipped large kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Child-friendly with baby cot, etc. There are two mountain bikes and one tri-cycle available.

Other supermarket facilities are dotted around Vilamoura and are easily accessible. Faro airport is approx 20km from Vilamoura. Within 30 minutes reach are places such as Vale do Lobo, Julia's beach restaurant, Guia Shopping Centre and Ria Formosa Natural Park.
