This is a luxury 2 bedroomed first floor apartment in the fantastic Limnaria Gardens Complex. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and comprises of a large air-conditioned living/dining room that includes a TV, Satellite television, DVD player, ipod docking station and a game cube games console . There are a wide variety of books, DVD films and games. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin) with fitted wardrobes. The master bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. All rooms have ceiling fans. The complex is set in landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and children's pool, sun beds and parasols are provided. There are poolside showers and off road parking.Additional features of the property include hairdryers, CD clock radios, safe, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.Beach towels are not provided.

This two bedroom luxury holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the brand new development of Limnaria Gardens. The development is a fifteen minute drive from Paphos airport. It has a large swimming pool, a heated swimming pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi and landscaped gardens. The apartment is in an excellent location located in the heart of Kato Paphos Within a short walking distance is the beach, town, harbour and castle. The old town is also within walking distance. Their are plenty of restaurants and bars to meet all tastes. The Mosaics can also be reached from here on foot and there is a bus service that runs frequently that takes you to the Tomb of the Kings,Coral Bay and to the water park. A car is not needed but should you choose to hire a car, you can take day trips out to the Troodos Mountains, go for a round of golf, visit the Akamas nature reserve or visit the birthplace of Aphrodite. The apartment is located in the road opposite the Alexander the Great Hotel

    A non refundable 25% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A £100.00 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, evening entertainment and kids club which you can use foc.

Couldn't have gone at much a hotter time of the year - didn't see a cloud for 14 days. Angela's apartment has its own sunbeds so no need to worry about securing those at the pool but the parasols need to be bagged early. The apartment is spacious and has everything and more than you need for your stay. You don't need to hire a car as the location is in walking distance of a beach and the shops and restaurants - the waterpark is a short bus journey away but if you want to see more of Cyprus, car hire is reasonably priced and it's nice to drive on the 'normal' side of the road.

Can't think anyone would find fault with the apartment or its location - I would recommend it and will no doubt return

Apartment was spacious & clean had everything we needed for a family of 4. Pool was lovely, most things were within walking distance, the fantastic water park just a short bus ride away.
Angela arranged a taxi for us so no waiting around at the airport, Lorraine was very helpful. We would definitely recommend Limnaria Gardens.

Location, location, location!

Just returned from holiday in Angela's apartment and it didn't disappoint. In an ideal location for exploring all Paphos has to offer.
The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, the pool area the same only make sure you get down early if you want some shade as brolly's are few and far between. Also still a little building work going on but it didn't disturb us too much.
I would recommend this apartment to young and old alike due to its position.
Will definately return, hopefully sooner rather than later!!!

Just back from the apartment, it has everything you need, it`s in a great position,easy walking distance to everything. We will definitely go back. Angela was very helpful, gave us lots of information, and sorted out taxis for us, so no waiting at the airport.
