A beautiful self catering villa, Villa Estilo is within walking distance (approx 750 metres) of the delightful town of Moraira town and its beach. The pool (8 x 4 metre) is level and adjacent to the villa so is ideal for child supervision. Within the garden you will find an array of palm, orange and lemon trees with ample space for parking behind a secure wall and locked gate. Sunloungers, patio table and BBQ are all available in this secluded, private garden and patio area. Each double bedroom has wardrobes, air conditioning and fly screens on all windows. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a further full bathroom. The lounge area has TV, DVD and SAT TV (UK channels). A newly fitted kitchen has marble worktops, fan oven, gas hob, toaster, freezer, fridge and microwave leading to a utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and ironing board. Main bedroom, lounge and dining area all have French doors, which open to poolside.

Notes to the rental rates

• These costs are for the rental of the villa for up to 6 persons and include normal use of gas, electricity and
  water. We provide all bedding and towels for internal use.
  Poolside/Beach towels available at a supplement € 4 per towel per week.
  Clean laundry is provided (no maid service), each week. Access to the villa on day of arrival is after 4pm, on the day of departure we ask clients to vacate the villa by 10am. This is to enable the Management Team time to clean and prepare the villa for incoming clients.
  Booking Conditions: Regrettably we will not accept bookings from parties of young people. A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A deposit of £150 is also charged, refundable within 14 days of your return subject to the costs of any breakages or excessive cleaning requirements. Prices shown for the Villa per week (Saturday - Saturday).

Area Information

For those more sporting a selection of very fine golf courses are within easy reach. Fiesta in Moraira is approx July 15th, with firework / parade street entertainment. A small coastal town, Moraira is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia. However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, 80km (1 hr) from Alicante and 110km (1.5 hrs) from Valencia airports with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both.
