This luxury villa is set over two floors. The top level houses the large master bedroom complete with air-con , fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom plus a private sun terrace giving spectacular views of the Montgo mountain and the surrounding area. Stairs lead down from the master bedroom into the entrance hall and front door. From the hall a door gives access to the newly installed well equipped modern kitchen further doors give access to the lounge and dining area, downstairs bathroom, an outside terrace and two further air-conditioned double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The newly fitted kitchen has a door leading outside to a laundry area and a door leading into the dining area and lounge. Access to the private pool, poolside terrace fully equipped with sun loungers and large covered terrace hosting an outside dining table is from the spacious lounge. Stairs from the pool area lead down to the garage and fabulous well maintained, fully enclosed private garden.

The villa is situated in a fantastic location at the foot of the magnificent Montgo mountain. A beautiful tranquil setting close to both Javea and the typical spanish village of Jesus Pobre. Javea is charming & quaint. The beach is exceptionally clean with beautiful soft sand. There are some excellent restaurants sprinkled around the colourful port area. The well known La Sella golf course is close by. A labyrinth of tiny streets & quaint houses form the town area. Denia is also close by and sits in a peaceful area of the Costa Blanca & boasts a fabulous sandy beach, the largest in the area. Facilities include great water sports & a great choice of restaurants & bars. Famous for its abundant charm Denia still retains some of its character & picturesque look including the quaint fisher mans quarter, cobbled streets & a 12th century castle. Other places to visit include the Jalon Valley, Guadalest & Fonts D'Algar.

Further details: Along the Costa Blanca discover soft white sands and sun-drenched beaches upon miles of glittering blue coastline. Spain's much loved 'White Coast' offers picturesque mountain villages, whitewashed villas and vibrant tourist attractions.

Close by are many interesting towns & villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns & villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting & quad-biking are available locally. Snorkelling and scuba, and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia & Javea. For the children big & small, how about a day out at one or all of these fun parks. The Aqualanda water park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park & Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 min by car. There are 3 good golf courses nearby. La Sella is highly recommended (Less than 5 min drive), & Oliva & Javea golf courses are both about a 20 mins drive. There is Horse riding available nearby or head to the caves at Benidoleig (about 10 min) which are well worth a visit.

We recently stayed at this villa for a short break with some friends and the villa met all our expectations. Having been to the area several years ago, we chose this villa as it was in the shadow of the Montgo with great views, a private pool, and plenty of terrace space for Al Fresco dining. There was also a good restaurant within walking distance which we used although we liked the villa so much we made use of the BBQ and terrace most nights. There is a good supermarket a few minutes down the road and we also found a tennis court very close to the villa where we played on several occassions for a nominal charge.

The owners Jim and Tam provided us with a nice welcome pack on arrival whilst the villa itself was spotlessly clean with well maintained gardens.

Overall a very nice property in a good location with fantastic views. We will look forward to returning hopefully next year.

Jacaranda was a very clean and uncluttered villa, a pleasure to rent. The villa was quite, private, comfortable and well decorated.
