This penthouse apartment is in a superior location close to everything you could wish for, catering for all tastes and ages, from the largest waterpark in Paphos to the picturesque Harbour with views of the 16th century Venetian Fortress. Numerous open air cafe's, tavernas and fish restaurants line the quayside inviting you to stop and enjoy the cuisine, spectacular views and a refreshing drink! The World Heritage 'Tombs of the Kings', the Byzantine Castle and Ancient Mosaics at the House of Dionysus are a few of the many historical sites worth seeing and are a short walk or drive from the apartment. One of the best sandy beaches is the blue flag beach at Coral Bay which is approx. a 20 minute drive and offers a wealth of watersports. A non refundable deposit of 20% will be required at the time of booking, with the final balance required 8 weeks (56 days) prior to departure. A £100 key/damage deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay once the keys are returned and provided the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival. Change over days are entirely flexible, please feel free to contact us. This is a family friendly development and no large single sex groups will be accepted!

| Notes: | There is a 32' LCD TV and DVD player with extensive selections of DVD's for you to enjoy, covering all tastes and ages. The kitchen has granite work surfaces and is equiped with high quality stainless steel appliances to include a toasted sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. All crockery, cutlery, utensils, cooking equipment and glassware are supplied. All bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided but you must bring your own beach towels. Airport transfers, mid-stay cleaning, baby cots and welcome packs etc can be supplied at an extra cost. Although walking distance from local shops, beaches and restaurants, a car is recommended (we would be happy to offer advice on the best rates) and an undercover parking space is supplied. Access to the Penthouse is by lift or stairs with phone entry. All external areas and hallways are suitable for wheelchair access. GOLF INFORMATION
The cooler winter months make playing golf an ideal activity, with the weather rarely dropping below 15 degrees. There are several championship 18 hole golf courses within an easy drive, including the Tsada Gold Club, the Secret Valley Golf Club and a superb facility at the Aphrodite Hills Resort.
SKIING INFORMATION
Cyprus is one of the few places that you can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon. There is skiing and snowboarding from January to March (check weather conditions) on Mount Olympus in the Troodos Mountains, about 2 hours drive from Paphos.
HOW TO GET THERE
Paphos airport is 15/20 minutes drive away from the apartment. Larnaca airport is 90 minutes drive away from the apartment. Flights can be obtained from: BA, Cyprus Airlines, First Choice, Ryanair, Thomson, XL airways, or through Skyscanner on the internet. The apartment is located 2 km from the end of Tombs of the Kings Road which is approximately 3 minutes by car. An information pack on local amenities/sites and restaurants, can be found within the apartment. We would be happy to give you details regarding competitive local car rental, and airport pick up/drop off prices.
