For those of you who know Kalkan - The villa is 3 minutes easy walk to centre of old Kalkan Town Close to Tomatoe and Ali Baba Restaurants their are wide stairs leading up to side walk of road being bus rout to Kass , it is up these stairs and across road and tucked in and up behind shops , making it very quiet and private also giving it amazing harbour and see views from pool level. Alternatively walking away from harbour on reaching round about by Post office , Butchers and Taxi rank take the road to right of this and walking up same perhaps 100 meters this is where we are again on left side behind shops and up .

Local activities diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, fishing, horse riding, ski, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, mountaineering

Location of villa

Most properties in kalkan are higher up the mountain and may require a car whearas this property is very close to Town and a car is not necessary, a short walk down the street brings you to Savil supermarket where you can pick up most groceries , milk bread etc and walk back to villa without much effort . Alternatively you can go across the road and down the wide steps which brings you into Old Kalkan Town for a coffee and breakfast .
